You can view the status of your order by logging in to Ondigo.com, then selecting "Order History". Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipment notification, which includes the order tracking information.
What Is The Return Policy For Accessories Purchased On Ondigo.com?
Accessories ordered on Ondigo.com may be returned within 14 days from date of shipment only if they are either damaged or defective. Returns for any other reason are not accepted. An RMA request may be initiated at ondigo.com/RMA. Only products that have been shipped within the previous 14 days will show as eligible for an RMA request. A picture of the damaged or defective item(s) is also required to be submitted.
