Who will install the Retail Solution in my store?

Ondigo provides the Retail Solution at no cost to eligible dealers. Dealers are responsible for installing the Retail Solution in their store(s) within 5 business days of receipt of all Retail Solution components. Please refer to the installation video and included instructions for additional details.

What Do I Do If I Received Damaged Retail Solution Items Or Items Are Missing?

How do I set up the TV to show the Retail Solution digital signage?

Do I have to follow the planogram layout(s) shown here?

The planogram layouts are suggested planograms. Many dealers find them helpful to establish a consistent merchandising display across all their stores.

How often do you change the suggested Retail Solution planogram?

The suggested planograms are updated monthly, typically to support the launch of new handset accessories.

May I use the Retail Solution wall to display other accessories I sell in my store?

No. The Retail Solution may only be used to display Boost branded or Ondigo branded accessories.

How Do I Obtain A Login For Ondigo.com, So I Can Order Accessories For My Store?

Ondigo works in partnership with your Boost Master Agent to provide you with your Ondigo.com login information. Please contact your Master Agent and request your Ondigo.com login. You can also email support@ondigo.com and provide us with your store information (name, address, Portal ID) and let us know who your Master Agent is. We'd be happy to share your request with your Master Agent.

I'd Like To Sign Up For The Boost Branded Accessories Retail Solution Program. How Can I Do This?

Ondigo works in partnership with your Boost Master Agent to provide a Retail Solution to dealers. Please contact your Master Agent and ask for the BBA Retail Solution. You can also email support@ondigo.com and provide us with your store information (name, address, Portal ID) and let us know who your Master Agent is. We'd be happy to share your request with your Master Agent.

I Placed An Order For Accessories. How Can I Find Out The Status Of My Order?

You can view the status of your order by logging in to Ondigo.com, then selecting "Order History". Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipment notification, which includes the order tracking information.

What Is The Return Policy For Accessories Purchased On Ondigo.com?

Accessories ordered on Ondigo.com may be returned within 14 days from date of shipment only if they are either damaged or defective. Returns for any other reason are not accepted. An RMA request may be initiated at ondigo.com/RMA. Only products that have been shipped within the previous 14 days will show as eligible for an RMA request. A picture of the damaged or defective item(s) is also required to be submitted.

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

Ondigo provides a limited warranty to end-user consumers for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. Ondigo does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse.
